We hope you will like our product, although we cannot make everyone 100% like it, we have made the return process super simple.

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 16 days after receiving the goods. To meet the return criteria, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or purchase voucher. Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer. Customers are only required to pay the shipping fee (including returns) once at most. Products that are not restocked will be charged to consumers for return.

For some items, we cannot refund or return them.

Refund

We have received your return and conducted an inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-2 days.

Regarding Refunds

If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially posted. Contact your bank next time. Before the refund is announced, there is usually some processing time. Exchange
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and attach photos of the damaged item. We will send you a return address. If you do not need to exchange goods and instead request a refund, please contact our customer service at service@pumashirt.com
